When connecting your debit card to Public, it is very important that the information on your card matches the information on your Public account.
Your first and last name and complete address (street address, city, state, and zip) must match exactly what is on your Public account.
If you are unable to link your debit card, please confirm that the information on your debit card matches the information on your Public account. If you need to update your address on your Public account, please contact the Public Member Support team via chat in the app.
