How do I withdraw?

If you have a connected bank account, you can always start withdrawing your settled funds on the app or on the web.

To start a withdrawal on the App:

  1. Select the Menu icon ≡ , the icon in the top left with three lines

  2. Scroll down and select the Account Settings at the bottom

  3. Scroll down to Transfers and select Withdraw Funds

To start a withdrawal on the Web:

  1. Select the Menu icon ≡ in the top right corner

  2. Select Settings and Privacy

  3. On the left-hand menu click Transfers and select Withdraw Funds

If no funds are available to withdraw, you have unsettled funds, and you can find out more about that here.
