If you ever forget your password, you can always reset it right from the app; or please follow the instructions below.
To reset your password from the Public app:
Tap Log In at the top right corner of the screen.
Tap Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and tap Submit in the bottom right.
Then you'll receive an email from Public with a link to change your password. Make sure to only request the reset email once and check your spam folder as we get caught in there every so often.
If you get a pop-up that says "Unknown email", there may be a typo in the email you used when you signed up or your account may be under a different email than the one you just tried. Not to worry, please reach out to your Member Support team at support@public.com and we'll get you squared away and back into your account ASAP.
