If you'd ever like to re-open a voluntarily closed account, you can reach out to the support team via our in-app chat or via our email at support@public.com.
When you submit your request to reopen the account, the request will be completed on a best-effort basis. Depending on account history, we may not always be able to reopen a closed account, but we will do our very best to accommodate your request and ensure that you can continue to use Public!
Please note that to open a sub-account, such as the High Yield Cash, Treasury, or Bond account, a brokerage account would need to be active.
