How do I transfer crypto?

Updated yesterday

Can I transfer coins to Public?

Yes, as long as deposits for the coin are supported by zerohash. If you hold cryptocurrency assets in an external wallet, you can transfer those assets to your zerohash account directly in the app or website.

Can I transfer coins out of Public?

Similarly, as long as withdrawals for the coin are supported by zerohash, you can also send your crypto in your zerohash account to an external wallet.

What assets are supported for transfer?

For a list of cryptocurrencies that are supported by zerohash for deposits and withdrawals see here. Public members residing in New York cannot transfer crypto in or out at this time.

Is there a fee to transfer my crypto?

Public does not charge a fee to transfer your crypto in or out. However, on withdrawals, a network fee will apply (as industry standard). Network fees are payments to network validators for processing transactions. Fees fluctuate based on network congestion and transaction complexity. Fees may be more or less depending on network conditions and the amount of the transfer. In addition to network fees, zerohash also charges a KYT fee of $0.53, and the KYT fee is incorporated into the network fee.
