While we'd hate to see you go, if you ever wish to cancel your account, we are here to help.

If you have money in your account, your account can not be canceled until all funds are withdrawn. If you have any available funds in the account please withdraw them as well so the cancellation process can begin.

From there, all you would need to do is let us know in the app chat or via email at support@public.com. We'll try and make this as seamless as possible.

Just a heads up you will still have access to the inactive version of your app to access tax documents and account statements.
