While we hate to see you go, if you ever need to cancel your account, we are here to help.
To start, please ensure your investments are liquidated and the resulting withdrawable cash is withdrawn. Once your account is at a 0 balance, you will be able to cancel your account.
To cancel your account from the mobile app:
Click the 3 lines in the top left corner
Click Account Settings
Scroll to the very bottom and click ‘Close account’
If there are still actions that need to be taken before closing your account, the next screen will let you know what steps to take. Otherwise, you will be able to continue with the cancelation process.
To cancel your account from the web app:
Click your name in the top right corner
Click Settings and Privacy
Scroll all the way down, and on the left hand side menu, you will see the tab ‘Close account’
Once your account is canceled, you will still have access to the inactive version of the app, so you can access any account documents, such as tax or account statements.
