How do I cancel an order?

Cancel a pending order right from your app.

If you'd ever like to cancel a pending order, you can do so right in your app.

How to cancel a pending order:

  1. Select the icon with 3 lines on it in the top left corner

  2. Tap History

  3. Select the Status option and select Pending, you'll see your pending orders there

  4. Tap the order you wish to cancel, then tap Cancel

Please note that orders that have been executed are not able to be canceled.

For desktop applications/on the web, you can cancel an order:

  1. Click your name in the top left-hand corner

  2. Select Settings and Privacy on the dropdown menu

  3. Select History on the left under the Account section

  4. Select the Status option and select Pending, you'll see your pending orders there

  5. Click Cancel Order
