If you'd ever like to cancel a pending order, you can do so right in your app.
How to cancel a pending order:
Select the Menu icon, ≡, in the top left corner of your mobile app
Tap History
Select the Status option and select Pending, you'll see your pending orders there
Tap the order you wish to cancel, then tap Cancel
Your pending orders will also reflect on your main portfolio. In order to cancel or edit a pending order from your portfolio page:
Click on the pending order
Select “Cancel” or “Edit”
Please note that orders that have been executed are not able to be canceled.
For desktop applications/on the web, you can cancel an order:
Click your name in the top right-hand corner
Select Settings and Privacy on the dropdown menu
Select History on the left under the Account section
Select the Status option and select Pending, you'll see your pending orders there
Click Cancel Order
You can also cancel directly on the portfolio page on the web by:
Scrolling over the pending order
Selecting the three dots on the right hand side of the pending order
Click “Cancel Order”
