You can reset your account password using either the mobile app or the website. We have provided a step-by-step guide below:
Using the website:
Go to www.public.com/login in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
Click “Forgot Password”
Enter your registered email address in the textbox provided and click “Send”. This will generate a link to your email address to reset your password.
Check your registered email address, click the link provided, and follow the prompts to reset your password
Log back in to your account on the website or the mobile app
Using the mobile app:
Launch your Public mobile app.
Click “Log In”
Click “Forgot Password”
Enter your registered email address in the textbox provided and click “Send”
Check your registered email address for a link. Click the link and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Re-launch your Public mobile app or the website and log in using your email address and password.
