If you have received a free reward from Public you can locate your reward directly in the app or on the website.
On the app:
On the Portfolio page in the top right corner next to the Search icon, you will see a button labeled ‘Rewards’
Tap on the Rewards button and claim your reward!
On the website:
In the top right corner you will see a tab with your name on it
Click on that tab and a drop-down menu will appear
Click Rewards on the drop-down menu and claim your reward!
