An entity account is a brokerage account owned by a legal business or organization, rather than an individual. It's titled in the entity's legal name and trades under the entity's EIN, not a personal SSN.
Which entity types are supported at Public?
Single-member LLCs and single-owner corporations — both single-owner structures with one beneficial owner who is also the authorized representative. Additional entity accounts will be supported soon.
