For new purchases, the yield will be displayed as ‘Current Yield’ or ‘Net Yield’, and estimates the average annualized yield you can expect to receive among all the bonds purchased if held to maturity - it also is reduced by the estimated fees you can expect over that time. You can view the fee schedule here.

The Treasury Account portfolio page shows ‘Your Yield’, which is the weighted average annualized yield of all your treasury positions along with your cash.’ Cash in the Treasury Account does not earn yield. Please keep in mind that treasury yields fluctuate daily.
