To close your account just follow these easy steps.
1. Tap your “Account Settings” button.
2. Choose the “Close Account” button.
3. Follow all steps to close your positions and withdraw any outstanding balance.
4. Choose to download statements so you have your trading activities for your records.
5. Slide to close your account.
After your account is closed, you won’t be able to invest on our platform, but you will be able to view your brokerage account statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations by logging into your account.
We’ll retain certain information about your account after it is closed for legal, regulatory and security purposes. For example, we retain personal information collected from you to comply with our legal obligations under financial or anti-money laundering laws, or in connection with audit and crime-prevention purposes.
