You'll need to complete a short onboarding flow before you can place your first trade.
Tap the Trade button from search, or open the Prediction Markets section of your portfolio
If you haven't enabled Prediction Markets yet, you'll be taken into onboarding automatically
Onboarding covers a brief introduction of prediction markets, a few questions about your trading experience, a review of your profile, and an agreement to the terms and conditions. Once you complete onboarding, Prediction Markets will be enabled on your account.
If you run into a notice that your application is in manual review, this could be because of an affiliation you disclosed during setup, such as a connection to a commodities firm or a regulatory body, or an investigation by a regulatory agency, futures exchange, or self-regulatory organization.
This is a standard review, and it doesn't mean your application has been declined. We'll follow up as soon as the review is complete, or you can reach out to our team directly for more information.
