Common Terms you may see on Public

  • Buying power - Cash balance, including both settled and unsettled funds that are available to invest

  • Brokerage cash - cash balance including both settled and unsettled funds that are held as cash in your Brokerage account.

  • “Available to withdraw” - Fully settled cash balances that are available for members to withdraw to external bank accounts.

  • Portfolio value - Total value of your account across investments and cash holdings.

  • Recent deposits - Unsettled cash that has been recently deposited into your account.

  • Pending withdrawals - Withdrawal requests that have been submitted but are still processing.

  • Unsettled trades - Trades that have been executed but are still pending settlement. Trades settle one business day from execution.

  • Pending orders - Trade orders that have been submitted but have not yet been executed.

  • Unsettled rewards - Funds received from bonuses or rewards that are not yet settled and available to withdraw.

  • Options collateral - In options trading, collateral refers to the cash or securities held to cover an options position.
