Is investing in alternative assets safe?
Is investing in alternative assets safe?
Updated over 2 years ago

Given the wide range of categories under the umbrella of alternative assets, it’s difficult to make a blanket statement regarding the risk level of all alternative assets. We strongly advise that investors thoroughly understand the risks associated with any given alternative asset prior to investing their capital.

That said, all alternative asset offerings on Public are filed with the SEC prior to being brought to Public members. While this filing process by no means implies that these investments are without risk, it does mean that issuance qualifications (including the requirement of disclosures) are in place.
