When can I request shares?

In general, Public is allowed to accept share requests in a company’s IPO during that company’s “roadshow.” The roadshow is when the company’s leaders present their business, strategy, and financials to investors through meetings and presentations to generate interest in the IPO. You can submit requests for shares up until the last day of the roadshow at 4 PM ET, which is usually the day prior to the IPO.
